1. WHEN DO I START MY COURSE?

The class starts every Monday. We recommend you register for your course at least 1 week ahead.
2. I HAVE AN EMERGENCY. HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?

Contact VIP staff at least 1 day before your class. Then you can save your class for next time.
3. HOW DO I GET MY CORRECTION NOTES?
-
VIP staff will email your correction notes with the PDF file after your class is done. It may take few hours and a maximum of 2 days.
4. HOW DO I PAY MY TUITION?
-
We accept e-transfer, PayPal, and wire transfers.
